Eligibility Requirements

The following entry requirements must be met:

NEVER BEEN MARRIED, single, born female, never given birth.
Must be a U.K. citizen & hold a U.K. passport.
Between the ages of 17 and 26 (as of Miss Earth pageant date).
Minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches.
Good moral character.
Able to travel to the 2008 Miss Earth pageant for a minimum of three weeks prior to the Miss Earth Televised final held in Manila, Phillipines (All Expenses paid three week trip) 19th October – Final night November 9th 2008.*

* if crowned the overall National winner of one of the following national pageants organized by Miss Earth UK. “Miss Earth England”, “Miss Earth Scotland”, “ Miss Earth Wales”, Miss Earth Northern Ireland”

Rules of Entry

All contestants agree and undertake:

To conduct herself properly at all times.
To cooperate, obey and comply at all times with the rules and regulation of Miss Earth UK.
To allow Miss Earth UK to use or take photographs and videos for the purpose of publicity and promotions of Miss Earth UK.
To appear on television, radio, film or print media for publicity and promotion of Miss Earth UK.

Special Provision: Failure to comply with any of the above obligations will result in the candidate’s disqualification from the competition.

The winner of Miss Earth England, Miss Earth Scotland, Miss Earth Wales & Miss Earth Northern Ireland:

Shall not at any time thereafter commercially exploit her title in any way whatsoever except exclusively through Miss Earth UK.
Shall conduct herself with decorum during her reign and shall not commit any immoral or illegal act which, in the opinion of Miss Earth UK could bring disrepute, ridicule or contempt to the Miss Earth UK image and reputation.
